OUR POLICIES
CREDIT
Due to the nature of the promotional products industry, products (if imprinted and manufactured according to required specifications) are non-returnable because they have no value to anyone except the purchaser. As a result, unless otherwise stated, will require a 100% prepayment at the time that the order is initiated.
Slight adjustments to the initial deposit such as:
- Over/under runs
- Shipping variables
- Breakage
- Miscellaneous charges
Price adjustments will be reflected on the invoice and when possible, made prior to client delivery.
Acceptable Forms of payment include: Visa & MasterCard
from those clients not desiring credit terms or from those who do not issue Purchase Orders. Blling address associated with the card, along with CVV is required, and must belong to the purchaser.
PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchases made via completed corporate Purchase Order will not require a deposit if the purchaser has a Dun and Bradstreet number and has completed a Credit Application with Marketing Group. The purchaser must be properly approved for credit and the purchase must not exceed the approved credit limit. Payment in full is expected within terms set unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to order placement. Accounts are considered delinquent 10 days after the due date. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on all past due amounts.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Many international/overseas custom orders typically require a 50-100% prepayment. This is due in part on terms set forth by our overseas partners. Orders may be taken under advisement for alternate terms on a case by case basis.
LARGE ORDERS
Orders purchased through a Corporate Purchase Order may require a deposit if the amount of the order exceeds certain limits. Please speak with your account executive for further clarification.
CREDIT APPLICATION
Credit applications may be requested via phone, fax, or email.
COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
By submitting a design to Marketing Group, or using logos stored on the site, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.
Further you warrant and represent that no part of the design: (a) violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights or rights of public performance; (b) is the subject of any notice of such infringement you have received; or (c) is subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Marketing Group from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Marketing Group which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided that Marketing Group gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Marketing Group pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Marketing Group harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.
All items shown on this web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate Marketing Group's logo reproduction capabilities. Purchase of merchandise from Marketing Group in no way, shape or form grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Marketing Group will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.
If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you. In the case of changes, the setup fees may be different depending on your requirements.
If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.
